Creates an NVList of the specified size.

Returns the default process Context object.

string object_to_string (

in SOMDObject obj );

Converts an object reference to an external form (string) that can be stored outside the ORB.

SOMDObject string_to_object (

in string str );

Converts an externalized (string) form of an object reference into an object reference.
